Get The Family Involved With Cooking
Many people actually spend a lot of time in the kitchen and more often than not it's a very lonely affair perhaps cooking dinner for you or for the entire family all by lonesome. It isn't something that should be done as cooking for everyone can be fun.
Basically in our house we try to get together around 3 times a week that is me, the wife and the kids and we actually cook together for each other and it is a bit of a laugh.
We all get together and think of either a dish that someone likes or something brand new and we get out there and buy all of the things we need to cook it. The preparation stage of this is pretty fun and we have come up with some crazy idea that we have gone out and cooked but the one thing we are serious with is the oven. Of course other than the oven it is a really great way to mess around.
You really should do something like this with your family, get the kitchen accessories in and spruce up that tableware so that you can simply get together and cook. We get together as an entire family once or twice a year (that is every other family within the tree) and have a massive cook off.
So get out there and make sure you have the right home furnishings for this kind of thing to work and just spend a bit of the time with family. By no means can any of us cook we simply do it for a bit of a laugh so you can do whatever you want!
We have tried many other things too but it would seem that my kids just love their cooking, I have to say it would seem that they love making the desserts the most.
